1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@loganads.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all tags and accessories. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund Timelines: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@loganads.store with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will process a replacement or refund.


7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loganads.store. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the item.
